National and subnational policymakers, government data stewards and statisticians, media, businesses, researchers and scientists, civil society organizations, other non-governmental organizations, and citizens also play a role in the achievement of the SDGs. By identifying and seeking input from target audiences for SDG reporting, countries can better define the requirements for their platforms.
